Emocionado, contento, agradecido y sobretodo con muchos recuerdos en mi mente de los diferentes momentos vividos en este restaurante.
Laia ayer en La Vanguardia las primeras reacciones de Joan Roca y decia él "no entiendo porque la gente nos quiere tanto" , pues bien desde mi modesta posición le contestaré.
La primera vez que tuve el placer de ir al restaurante fue en motivo de un evento que organizamos entre varios Vivencia 2.0 en el marco de las jornadas de formación Experiencia 2.0 en Mayo 2008. En aquella ocasión me puse en contacto por primera vez con el restaurante para reservar una mesa para 14 personas. Yo era consciente que llamaba a un restaurante de prestigio y a ser sincero creia que el trato seria mas bien frio , pues todo lo contrario, me atendieron de maravilla. Mi petición era senzilla el menu festival, presentación por parte de Josep Roca y visitaa a la cocina.
Al llegar el dia la atención fue exquisita y con sorpresas para todos como por ejemplo una vista guiada a la bodega con Josep Roca , unos camareros amables, simpáticos, graciosos en algun momento, atentos y un menu espectacular... el fin de fiesta fue aun mejor:
Pregunté si podiamos ver la cocina y sin ningun problema entramos y allá nos esperaba Joan Roca para hacernos la visita guiada , Jordi Roca nos explicó la area de postres y la visita culmino con una charla informal con Joan . Las emociones estaban a flor de piel , aun ahora recuerdo la vivencia sobretodo por la naturalidad, cordialidad, amabilidad atención, sensaciones y muchas mas emociones...
Al cabo de un año mayo 2009 regrese con un grupo muy selecto de mi circulo más intimo y se repitio las mismas sensaciones...
Todo ello pero fue gracias a varias personas del restaurante a parte de los hermanos: Manel (encargado de atención al cliente ) y los jefes de sala. Ellos me ayudaron en todo momento que cada una de las visitas al restaurante tuviera estas sensaciones...
Por estos motivos, estas sensaciones, estas emociones, esta naturalidad, cordialidad, amabilidad, atención, cocina, servicio , instalaciones, decoración, y otras mas ... son motivos suficientes para querer a esta familia, a este restaurante y a sus cocineros y camareros...
Espero que el 2010 pueda repetir y esta vez llegando con 4 estrellas ( 3 para ellos y 1 para los clientes)!
